The hotel's location was ideal, with everything needed nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. The meals at the rooftop restaurant were delicious and varied. The SPA service, especially the massage, was excellent. The staff responded promptly to any issues regarding water and power.

The location of this hotel is great, with everything I needed nearby. The staff were always polite and friendly, providing precise answers to all my questions. Check-in was also accurate. Additionally, the hotel had nice views of the city from the top floor and the beer was nice and cold.

Had a great Christmas stay with friendly staff and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. Really appreciated the easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Loved the great swimming pool and delicious food at the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing too, with a great selection of healthy options.

There was some noise from remodeling work during the day which interrupted our relaxation time. the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak and patchy at times.

Great Thanksgiving location, near the city center and away from traffic. the employees were polite and friendly, which made the check-in process enjoyable. I also appreciated the quick response of the maintenance team for fixing the broken air conditioning in our room.

The hotel lacked basic facilities and needs renovation. There was loud construction work going on, which was very disruptive and annoying.

Plus, the hotel offers a variety of amenities such as room service, housekeeping, and laundry services, which made our stay very comfortable. The airport shuttle service was also very efficient and saved us a lot of hassle. The room itself was well equipped with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace, providing us with enhanced comfort. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, and massage services, which added an extra level of relaxation to our stay. we had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.
